In word parsing, give every reading within the taught grammar. Add rows for different readings. Combined case or gender choices expand into all those readings. A present participle needs its case, number and gender as well as present active and its conjugation. English is marked separately. Enter submits your answer; Enter again moves on.
Teacher-sourced sentence additions cover verbs, participles, conjunctions, adverbs, possessives, numerals and other listed words. The sentence exercises ask only for the reading and meaning in that sentence. Grammar earns a mark for each correct property of each required reading, so correct work still earns credit when another property or reading is missing. Invalid extra readings reduce the grammar proportion. English earns one separate mark; unfamiliar wording is held for review. Core practice includes words and sentences. Principal-parts and stem production are optional bonus exercises: earned marks are separate, and skipping or mistakes never lower the core score. Both booklet alternatives remain separate word questions.
Progress and backups
Progress syncs to your signed-in account on your phone and computer. New attempts are also saved on this device while waiting to sync. Use the same login and practice profile on both devices. Export a backup regularly. Importing a backup adds attempts without removing existing progress.
Validation and scope
The bank uses the listed De Romanis vocabulary and the five-page Year 8 booklet. Morpheus checks are supplemented by Lewis and Short and the booklet where the analyser omits a valid school form. See the accompanying validation report for individual exceptions. Rare poetic and untaught grammatical readings are not required. Unrecognised English synonyms are recorded for review rather than treated as definite mistakes.
